My wife and I took a couple of friends from Devon to Sunday lunch at Milton's – something of a gamble as we had not had previous experienced of the restaurant. The gamble certainly paid off! The food was excellent and was very reasonably priced. The service similarly was of a very high standard, with friendly, personable and highly efficient staff. As a result of that experience, we shall certainly be returning to Milton's in the future and I would give it a very high recommendation.

Excellent service

I have just returned home to Kent after lunching once again at Miltons Restaurant with family. Please convey my sincere thanks to the restaurant manager and staff for their impeccable service once again, to the unseen chef and kitchen staff for the choice & quality of the food they delivered and lastly the reservation staff who took my booking. Looking forward to returning soon.

Top Quality Food

Our dining at Miltons brought some great moments and experiences throughout, and we enjoyed the friendly reception of all the team, Ricardo, Michaela and Suzanne too. Presentation and style was extremely good, suitably matched with ambience and décor – a coming together of all experiences – with the cuisine scoring extremely highly.

Great food and venue

Third time we have been to Miltons and we have loved it every time. The restaurant is in a beautiful old stable/barn and has a very relaxed and warm atmosphere. The food is excellent and matched by the service. I would recommend this to anybody and have done.

I was unsure of Miltons at first as I had never been there before, but I went to the food festival in Wokingham and then I couldn’t wait to book and eat there with my partner and two of our friends. As soon as we arrived we were amazed by the layout of the restaurant. It was so modern, yet set in an old barn. The members of staff were amazing. There were only three of them working and it was very busy, but they still kept us happy. The service was very good and we really got to know the staff and could tell they were a close team. Yet they kept a smile on their faces the whole night and it was nice to see them getting along with each other. It was like they actually wanted to be there and not because it was a job, but because they enjoyed it. One girl actually said it was like a small family, apart from the fact she is not Spanish. The food was to die for. We have lived in Wokingham for nearly three years now, and it was so nice to go somewhere and have a choice of really good English food. Everything went well together and it wasn't too much. You felt full and it was enough to make you feel satisfied. I will tell anyone who is looking for a good dinner party with family, friends or just as a couple to go to Miltons. They are so friendly and the layout is fantastic. You have your own space and feel like you are really being looked after. I’m so glad we went as it is one of the best restaurants in Wokingham, and it’s really worth going that bit further out of town. Keep up the good work.

I would say that Milton's is the best kept secret in Wokingham. It is by far the best meal my husband and I have eaten in a very long time. The service was friendly and excellent too. If you take the time to find its location, it will be well worth the visit.
